Twelve Pines Booking and Rates
Twelve Pines Retreat Center is available for rent to quilting, sewing, and crafting groups (up to 24 people). Please call or text 214-537-6505 to inquire about availability dates for your group.

The South Suite at Twelve Pines accommodates groups up to 16. It has a large, well lit sewing room, a separate dining area, a powder or half bath and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath.

For groups over 16, the North Suite is opened with additional space for 8 more quilters for a total of 24.

Guests have the option to cook their own meals in a full equipped kitchen or take advantage of our 12 Pines Meal Service options*.

* Meal Service Notes:

  • Minimum of 12 retreaters required for meal service.
  • Head count for meals is due 7 days in advance and not refundable after that date.
  • Only one menu is served, vegans or other special diets may opt out of meal service.
  • Meal Service begins with dinner on arrival day and ends with Brunch on departure day.
  • Breakfast is self serve and continental.
  • Note: The kitchen is not allergen free.
  • Special dietary requests, if available, may incur an upcharge.

Optionally, you may order dinners only or just a few meals - we're flexible!
