Twelve Pines Facilities and Amenities

Twelve Pines is designed to be the optimum retreating experience for quilters/crafters.  It is nestled among the pines with plenty of nature to enjoy from wild flowers to song birds. You can relax on a 75 ft. long porch in a rocker or enjoy nature from inside via the large windows. 

Whether you join us for one of our retreats, or bring a group for your own retreat, you'll enjoy our many amenities designed specifically for quilters and crafters.

The South Suite
For Groups Up to 16

  • Accommodates 16 guests
  • Four spacious bedrooms, each with:
    • Four beds
    • A bathroom (1 handicapped accessible)
  • Includes a sewing/crafting room with space for 16 (See Craft/Sewing Room details below.)
  • Includes a kitchen and dining room
 

The South Suite + The North Suite
For Groups of 17 to 24

The North Suite is added when there are more than 16 guests.

  • Accommodates 8 more guests
  • Adds two spacious bedrooms, each with:
    • Four beds
    • A bathroom (1 handicapped accessible)
  • Includes an additional sewing/crafting room with space for 8 (See Craft/Sewing Room details.)

 

CRAFTING/SEWING ROOMS
  • Over 80 linear feet of design wall
  • Every crafter has her own 6ft. table
  • An ergonomic swivel chair
  • A cutting station
  • Two jumbo ironing stations
  • A powder room
  • Fabulous lighting
  • Windows with a great view

 

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
  • A fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals or serving deliveries

 

THE BEDROOMS
  • Located in a private hallway away from the craft room for peaceful naps or turning in early.
  • Each bedroom has its own thermostat for temperature controls.
  • Blackout curtains keep the room dark for late sleepers.
  • All towels, pillows and bed linens are provided, including a beautiful quilt!
  • Individual storage for personal items in both the bedroom and bathroom.
  • Each bed has a night stand and reading light

 

And the beds...
  • After a long day of sewing, a good night’s sleep is important - so take advantage of the sleep expertise and research of Mattress Mack on a Mack-O-Pedic Mattress which has:
